Do you have health and fitness goals? Do you need help getting started exercising? As a coach and personal trainer, I am able to work one-on-one with you to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I find that people know what their goals are, but cannot put all of the pieces of the puzzle together to reach those goals. It is quite useless to know your destination if you do not know how to get there.
I am here to help! I will provide nutritional coaching, motivation, workout plans, and meal plans.
If you want me to be your personal trainer and coach, I require that you work hard...really hard! You will have to step out of your comfort zone. I had a client, Mary, who told me that she had never done a sit-up before, and that even as a kid, she was not made to do them in gym class because she was the "chubby kid." Through persistent hard work over just a few weeks, Mary not only lost weight, she was able to do many sit-ups...and push-ups, and burpees, and planks. Another client, Angie, had so much trouble just completing the initial 30-minute personal training assessment, that we stopped midway through it. Angie is now a regular participant is the hardest classes at Brickhouse, including Fun-HIIT Bootcamp, Kettlebell AMPD, A To Z Toning, and she looks amazing!
Brickhouse Members: One-Hour Session $35 (Non-Members: $45)
Brickhouse Members: 1/2-Hour Session: $20 (Non-Members: $25)
Small Group Rate $20 per person for 1/2-Hour Session / $30 for One-Hour Session)
