Do you have health and fitness goals? Do you need help getting started exercising? As a coach and personal trainer, I am able to work one-on-one with you to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I find that people know what their goals are, but cannot put all of the pieces of the puzzle together to reach those goals. It is quite useless to know your destination if you do not know how to get there. I am here to help! I will provide nutritional coaching, motivation, workout plans, and meal plans.
If you want me to be your personal trainer and coach, I require that you work hard...really hard! You will have to step out of your comfort zone. Depending on your fitness level, you will be required to run, plank, sit-up, lift, push, pull, and jump! You will use various equipment, machines, and tools of the trade
Brickhouse Members: One-Hour Session $35 (Non-Members: $45)
Brickhouse Members: 1/2-Hour Session: $20 (Non-Members: $25)
Small Group Rate $20 per person for 1/2-Hour Session / $30 for One-Hour Session)
