NEW STUDENTS

Welcome New Students!

Whether you are a new or advanced exercise student, come prepared to be challenged, ready to learn, and willing to explore dance fitness.  Expect to meet great people and have an incredible experience!

Many of our students have set fitness goals, which include losing weight, relieving stress, getting toned, and getting fit and healthy.  This could also be what you are looking for at Brickhouse Fitness.  All you have to do is show up.

As an added benefit of membership, we will provide ONE free bottle of water per class (please use the water fountain if you know you are not going to drink the full bottle), and a towel to use during the class. Please help us keep costs to a minimum by bringing your own w

Studio Etiquette

Brickhouse Cardio Club wants you to have the most fun, comfortable, rewarding experience whenever you are attending classes here, so we ask you to please follow a few good, wise, and gracious etiquette guidelines:

  • Be mindful of where you park; respect our neighbors please
  • Arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to class so that you participate in the important warm-up
  • Please turn down the ringers on your cell phones before entering the studio
  • Meet your fellow Brickhouse Cardio Club members and drop-in guests, strike up a conversation, and try to connect
  • If you are late to class, please enter quietly
  • Keep your belongings organized and off of the dance floor (use cubbies)
  • Wear proper breathable and comfortable exercise clothing
  • Please mention any pre-existing injury or medical condition to the instructor BEFORE class starts!
  • Focus on your own fitness level - there is no competition here
  • If you sweat profusely (like me), use a towel, and clean up your sweat at the end of class
  • If you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know before class begins, and be sure to go to the back of the room to stretch before leaving.

Policies and Procedures

Payments

Payment for class is expected in full prior to the start of class.  Monthly membership payments will be charged on the first day of each month.  Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Checks, and all major debit and credit cards (Visa/MC/Discover/American Express).

Inclement Weather Policy

We will do our best to keep classes as scheduled during the winter time.  In case of inclement weather, check our home page for announcements, our Facebook page (Brickhouse Fitness), and our online schedule for cancelled classes.
